The application will be discussed at the May State PLUS meeting. After significant delays, and what has become an extraordinary review process for the mixed-use master-planned community, it was decided that these proactive steps were necessary. The cluster subdivision ensures that the underlying rights of Carl M. Freeman Companies and those of the existing property owners at Cool Spring Crossing are preserved.
